Booked as a birthday treat for my daughter in law. Our day started with a very warm welcome from Amy who showed us round . We were allowed unlimited access to the huge swimming pool and indoor/ outdoor jacuzzis, steam room etc. . The DIY Rasool Ritual was great fun . We had both experienced a hammam scrub massage before but applying our own products made the experience more unique . The eye massage and Indian head massages felt exquisite and both our therapists were friendly and courteous . Having our nails expertly done by Jen and Katie was a lovely experience to end the day. Our deal also included afternoon tea in the main building , a short walk from the spa. The restaurant staff were charming and our very knowledgeable waitress (MaryChristmas) helped us with our choice . We were seated with other visitors who had come in solely for the afternoon tea and felt a little scruffy with our Indian head massaged hair do’s ! But we received the absolute warmest of welcomes and the food was delicious and plentiful . An absolute winner of a day and worth every penny. Excellent staff throughout .

My husband and I have had a wonderful stay at Foxhills and we will be sure to return! All staff that we met were smiling and helpful, but the reception team were standout for their warmth and kindness. Amazing facilities and beautiful rooms, Foxhills is a gem for this area.

This is one of those rare places where both the hotel and the golf course are truly outstanding: there’s a full course as well as a nine-hole par-3 course, where our whole family, including our 5 yo, had a wonderful time playing golf

Lovely property in the countryside- close enough to Heathrow, if you need it. The property has a golf course, offers memberships, and is great for families- with 2 restaurants, and the charming Manor House Lounge, plus Flo’s- a casual eatery great for kids, in the membership pool complex - (both indoor and outdoor). Plus, a lovely Spa, which includes a warm indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, outdoor, natural plunge pool and an open air jacuzzi, with sunbeds in the garden. Hotel guests also have access to the pretty, outdoor residents pool. The best thing, is that the pools are warm! Unlike so many hotels! Perfect for swimming! The rooms have all been redone, and are beautiful, elegant and with all amenities, except air conditioning- rarely needed in Britain. I stayed in two types of rooms, the first- the ex stables- single suites being on the ground floor, with tables, chairs and sun beds on the lovely lawn outside. Very nice- but I do suggest adding fogged film to the bottom portion of the bathroom windows, as they look out in the courtyard. This area also has two storied family suites. The next visit, I was in the Lyme House, on the second floor- (an elevator is in this building.) Also, beautiful, well appointed rooms. The restaurant is very pretty, and the food good, but the service is the standout- the friendliest, nicest staff! The front office is wonderful too- Louis, greeting everyone and so helpful and friendly, and the ladies at reception- I must mention Liberty, as she went above and beyond assisting me with any requests and queries. Even when I arrived- and sadly, the taxi driver from Southampton, had been awful, telling me he had several friends that liked dating women my age- (what?)- then tried to overcharge me by $50.00. Liberty and Lewis came to my aid. The one thing that caused great and incessant problems, was the lack of a phone- the iPad provided- is time consuming, not comprehensive, makes mistakes- (my room service meal was listed as being for the room next door!) and calls drop constantly. I was forced to use the “Teams” app, which links to my old Skype account, to call, which calls also dropped. Coming from the US, if I had just called directly, I would have easily racked up over a hundred dollars worth of International charges. At one point- with a question about my bill, where we got disconnected again, Liberty, from reception actually ran over to my room, rather than call me back- much appreciated, as the call would have wasted many dollars. There is an electrical outlet switch in the closet, that turns on the bathroom heated towel rack- they need to let us know where that is- as I had to ask staff- wasting their time and mine. Also, they need to provide luggage racks in all the rooms, otherwise guests have no choice but to open their often dirty, wet, muddy luggage on the clean, white bedding- a nightmare for staff, and a huge waste of laundry, time, power, water etc. Also, please do not perform maintenance on

Having visited this hotel on 14th November 2025 for an art exhibition upon arrival/checkin we left our debit card details behind reception with a holding fee of £25.00 Upon checking out reception told us there were no charges to our room and the £25.00 holding fee would be returned. Yet on Sunday 16th November £14.60 was taken from Foxhills!! When I contacted them I was told another guest in another room had taken water to their room & signed for it in their own name & room number but they hadn’t left their card details at reception so charged us for it!! The fact the person was also at the art convention had nothing to do with us nor did we know anybody else there. The fact is they stole £14.60 from our bank account. In the eyes of the law this is theft. Don’t leave card details at the reception or if you do check your account because as we were told someone has to pay for the water!! Needless to say I will never stay at that hotel again. The person who decided to charge us for someone else’s water needs disciplinary action taken against them.

Celebration of our ruby wedding anniversary, including four generations, an over 90 yr-old and four children under 5. Our experience could not have been better. The pre-weekend organisation, facilitated by the hotel, was great, all rooms in the same location within the hotel grounds. Bookings in the restaurants no trouble at all. The welcome by the porter Louis was warm and very helpful, reception staff similarly helpful. Our rooms were five-star, huge and all the facilities we needed. Not in the main building but very near and central for the other amenities within the grounds. We were not sure what to expect, as this was our first time here, we were blown away by what was on offer; from a “Pavilion” with indoor pool, games room, gym, soft-play area for children, outdoor play area, very casual cafe restaurant with delicious food and treats, to a great casual restaurant, XIX, serving great food, with a diverse European menu at very good value. Onto the main building, which is full of relaxed character housing a comfortable lounge, and the more formal dining and breakfast restaurant, Fox, which also had delicious food with a more Asian/Indian theme. The restaurants certainly cater for all tastes. All areas very accommodating to our younger crew, who, although were well behaved, were not the quietest! A very child friendly hotel. We had a Dinner, bed and breakfast rate (great choice at breakfast), which was very good value and certainly enabled us to have what we reasonably wanted when it came to using our allowances from the menus in the restaurants in the evenings. There was so much to do that we did not have time to visit the adult-only Spa or use the heated outdoor pool, tennis courts or paddle courts. We had to have some time just to relax in the comfortable seating areas. The grounds around the hotel are great for walks, the golf courses are a feature , we did not use them, as only one of us is a golfer, he says he is definitely returning another time! That is what we all have said. A great time had by all. Lots to do with a great relaxed atmosphere, clean, modern but traditional and certainly not stuffy or fussy. A big hit for our family.
