I was disappointed because even when I said I was celebrating a special date, they didn't do anything... not a letter, nothing. I requested and paid for early check in, they assured me that the room would be ready at 11am and it was only at 12pm that I got the room. I asked for a dental kit, in addition to the absurd cost of €6.50 (when in most hotels it is completely free) they also told me that if I wanted it I had to go to reception and no one would bring it to the room. The service and care is by no means a 4* hotel. On the morning of check out, they opened the room door 3 times, one of them while I was in the shower, it wasn't yet 11am and check out was only at 12pm.

The hotel is under renovation and feels like a big construction site. The hotel parking lot is OK. I parked my car for two nights for a total of 38 euros. It is in a large shopping district and is convenient for shopping.
