I was disappointed because even when I said I was celebrating a special date, they didn't do anything... not a letter, nothing. I requested and paid for early check in, they assured me that the room would be ready at 11am and it was only at 12pm that I got the room. I asked for a dental kit, in addition to the absurd cost of €6.50 (when in most hotels it is completely free) they also told me that if I wanted it I had to go to reception and no one would bring it to the room. The service and care is by no means a 4* hotel. On the morning of check out, they opened the room door 3 times, one of them while I was in the shower, it wasn't yet 11am and check out was only at 12pm.

The food and service in the restaurant was very good

The hotel is average, nothing special. After all, it is a chain hotel, and the service is self-service. For breakfast in Europe, don't even think about the hot stalls. The fruit is worth mentioning.

This is a hotel in a good location for those visiting Lyon while traveling by car. The parking lot is a public parking lot of a commercial facility, and there is a separate area for Novotel. You can conveniently travel to the city center by tram, as it is located close to the hotel.
