If the bedding and the breakfast are correct, everything else is very mediocre: - kitchen equipment from the 70s (e.g. electric hobs without graduation, without an indicator light to warn of residual heat, hence a risk of burns...) - well-worn utensils and disparate crockery - the room was allocated twice (which resulted in the introduction of a person into the room at 10:30 p.m.!!!!!) - very noisy , because on the boulevard - unpleasant odor embedded despite immediate ventilation - very limited space - no air conditioning...

It's a real shame because the staff is really very nice but it's really too noisy.. We're on the tram and as the rooms are not air-conditioned we have the choice between not sleeping because we're dying. hot, or because of the noise of the train, the street, the revelers... in short it's horror. .. Otherwise the duplex apartment is OK, and the parking is nice, but I really can't recommend it because the purpose of a hotel is even to be able to sleep..

Very spacious apartment, clean and located near Part Dieu. Garage space extra. Air conditioning or fan in place in the rooms. Beautiful terrace on the 7th floor. Very quiet apart from the rails side but hey we can't help it. Perfect welcome with very smiling and kind staff. Satisfactory breakfast with small terrace. We will come back with pleasure.

There are 2 positive points: it is clean and the staff is very friendly and smiling, especially the lady who manages the breakfast. But for the rest... It's very old, the neighborhood is sad and there are almost no restaurants around. The kitchens are empty, not even salt or a cloth. It's still expensive for what it is.
