Stayed for one night. Super friendly staff accompanied me to the hard to get to parking building next to the hotel. The next day they retrieved the car for me. Not a good hotel to stay it if you have a car. Our room was in the ground floor of a scary apartment building next to the hotel. A key FOB was needed to open 2 security doors before getting to the room. This "annex" location was not mentioned by *******.

This is a great budget hotel. The room we stayed in was old and dated but clean. If you have mobility issues or trouble with stairs be sure to book a room on the ground floor (there are only 4). The front desk staff are amazing... very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (which can be bought separately) is good (not a lot of variety but quality food). Location is great... Right at the bus and train stations Perrache.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room in the building just beside it and it was on the ground floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase up. The rooms were modern and cozy. The staff was also very friendly and spoke English and Spanish as well as French. The area around it has lots of bars and restaurants and is next to Perrache. The only downside is that some homeless people live there and one of them screamed at me out of the blue so beware of that.

Wonderful, friendly staff. They really make this hotel special. Comfortable room. Loved the breakfast. The dining room was a pleasant place to have my coffee and wake up before breakfast.

I took a separate room and I found myself with a double bed, he wouldn't change the room for me, they say the hotel was full, but he offered to rent another room, which was a lie.
