Very nice suite we stayed, sparkle clean, location is perfect, very quiet. The only thing is we have 2 people stayed for 3 days, but only get 4 capsule coffee, the rest need to pay.This is very strange in any hotels we stayed which has coffee machine , even more greedy than a 3 stars.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

In walking distance of the city center, has its own parking (18 euros). The room is cramped, but new furniture and fast internet. The hotel is small, almost family. The only thing that overshadowed the stay was the repair in individual rooms (there was a punch noise from 9 a.m.). But I'm sure it's temporary

The room is very clean and comfortable, the quilt cover and pillow cover are linen and very comfortable; the 24-hour snack bar in the public area is very clean, providing hot drinks, small cakes and nuts, which is very comfortable; you can apply for an extended check-out time for 30 euros; a taxi service is provided; the location is very good, right on the Rhone River, across the bridge is the commercial district, 15 minutes walk from the Place Bellecour, 40 minutes walk to the top of Fourvière Hill, the street view along the way is good, there are many places to eat, and it takes 35 minutes by taxi from the airport; finally, let me talk about the service, the staff at the front desk and the small restaurant are very enthusiastic and responsible, and they speak fluent English!

I live on the 6th floor. There is only one room. The bottom of the floor is a bit low. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet has a door. The bathroom is an open wash basin. It is also an open bed. The wash basin is a bag of pink almond sugar. As a small gift, the service staff is 10 points friendly, the lobby can be filled with water and some snacks. Very cute hotel, the elevator is very dark and can only carry two people at most, and the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, the 5th floor and the 6th floor have to climb the stairs, there is a supermarket nearby, very close to the subway station, the air-conditioning is enough, it is very convenient to go to the train station, the room is very clean, I am very satisfied!

The novel apartment building, but the counter location is not particularly clear in the reservation information, it takes some time to find, the apartment equipment is quite good, the kitchen pots, stoves and tableware are also complete, but like some other apartments, there are some cutting tools or scissors. I don't know if it's a safety consideration.

I stayed for 3 nights and was a very comfortable throughout. Room size is small but bed is big and linen new and clean. Coffee and tea corner is well stocked. Perhaps 2 water bottles can be provided rather than one. The breakfast spread was great and food very tasty. Staff is amazing, spoke fluent English and always greeted with smile. Will certainly recommend

It was a wonderful experience. Great hospitality, great location. Julie was always in touch and helped us. The room itself is very cozy and beautiful, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. It is really a worthwhile place to stop and explore Lyon.
