Don't stay there! ! ! The room is a very old one. The infrastructure and environment are very poor. The sound insulation effect is very poor. You can hear people talking in the next room. The door is not easy to close from the outside. It takes a lot of effort to put it on. But the most annoying thing is that the room is very old. What I couldn't stand was the poor hygiene. There were even urine stains on the toilet. I contacted the front desk and said that the room was not cleaned. He insisted that it was absolutely impossible. The room had been cleaned and the sheets and quilts were all new. , and then asked the master to follow me to check and found that there were indeed urine stains. The master just took a brush from the tool room and brushed it. If it were not close to the examination room, I would never live here. I sincerely hope that it will close down soon! ! !

房間的窗户很大，視野開闊，下午的時候陽光灑進來非常的温暖。酒店已經有些年代了，整體設施並不算新，但是一路上來都不會給人臟亂差的印象，乾淨整潔也很空曠。 房間裏的空調不是中央空調，由於房間很大，我那個房間的制熱效果一般，衞生間的玻璃門有點太大了，不熟悉的人住洗澡上廁所可能會有些尷尬。洗澡水漏不下去，洗一兩分鐘就能很明顯感覺到水漫過了腳底，而且拖鞋底還是有很多孔的那種，感覺腳直接踩在水裡，這點覺得有些不滿意。但是水很熱，很好調，床很軟很大，畢竟是連鎖酒店，還是很值得信賴，而且這家佈置的很復古，床頭可以反光，躺着也可以看到很美的圖案。兩邊都有牀頭櫃，洗漱台那裡還能看到陽光，還是很不錯的。當然，白天拉上窗簾沒什麼效果，一點也不夠黑，窗簾挺透光的。可以考慮再加一層。 大廳很亮堂，走廊走過去也挺舒心的，電梯是觀光電梯，可以看到外面的風景，底下停車位也挺多的，離印象滙也很近，經常來這邊，一直也很想來體驗一下這家酒店，還可以，對喜歡陽光明亮的我來説很友好。

當天音樂節，整個馬鞍山的酒店漲價，音樂節結束到酒店，酒店停電中，據瞭解，酒店六點多就停電了。到酒店後很多住宿夥伴情緒都很大，有人打了12345，我一個人手機沒電，也就沒打，跟大家一起。後來酒店看大家情緒安撫不了，答應半小時之內來電，大家當天就免費住宿，房費全退，後來第二天退房，酒店不認，説我因為衹等待了半個多小時沒電的情況，改口説衹退100，堅持要收**錢，我沒要，後來打12345調解，調解無效（聽工作人員語氣，一口一個酒店老闆朱總，我就知道了，都是一家的，我一個女孩子一個人外出，根本拗不過他們（同天有男的入住，他鬧得比較兇，酒店就按當天的承諾，全款退了），而且我也跟12345工作人員説了，那100我根本沒拿，回執短訊上還寫的100已經退給我了，作為參考，人家謹慎入住。 而且酒店的被子上煙味都沒洗掉，我是直接墊了自己外套睡在被子上面的，第二天被對面的人吵吵醒的。

衞生：乾淨 設施：空調聲音特別大，制熱效果不好。 環境：非常優雅 服務：服務一流。
