Disgusting hotel. Cleanliness very poor (webcobs in the corners of the room) curtains falling apart and dirty, corridors haven t been vacumed cleaned probably for weeks, no remote control in the room to activate the TV . Broke stool, Reception is supposed to be open untill 22.00 hours and was already closed at 20.30 when we came back to the hotel after dinner. We called a phone number mentioned in the hotel directory and we were redirected to a hotel of the same brand and they said they could not help us. Don t know what the breakfast will be but not having great expectations. Stays away from this hotel

We chose this hotel for the location of the square and arrived just before an Andre Rieu concert. The staff were extremely busy, but still were excellent at booking us in and attending to us. We were able to hear the concert from our front bedroom which was a bonus, then attended the following evening. Super view of the square being on the top floor. Shame there wasn't a lift. The 53 steps up were challenging each time, but the room had everything we needed and made a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Wet comfortable and right in the Centre of town. Only please note No lift available. Luggage needs to be dragged up staircases depending which floor your room is assigned to.

Ik wil er niet te veel worden over vuil maken, dat hebben mensen voor me al gedaan. Laat ik het zo stellen, met een goede schoonmaakploeg en een persoon met oog voor detail, zou het een geweldig hotel kunnen zijn. Wat is de moeite om de vitrages weer op een haakje te hangen? Ik heb niet gedoucht, en bij het ontbijt (wat erg luxe en veel was) ben ik 2x aan een ander tafeltje gaan zitten omdat het smerig was. Jammer!
