Had a leak in the bathroom and all they did was put a bucket under it. Trying to get downtown was limited and restrictive. They were very unsympathetic to my handicap where I could not walk long distances.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous room. Plenty of accommodations and spectacular service. The restaurant and bar selection of food and beverages was exquisite and went above any expectations.

There is no elevator and it will require strength and physical dexterity to move luggages to 2nd or 3rd floor.
The door locks is so old and can easily picked - safety and security is a definite issue of concern.
The staff are all nice and accommodating which is the saving grace of this Hotel.

Good food and great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. Location is near food and coffee places. Nice central location. With free parking. Will definitely come back. Food choices are a bit limited but they are all good. Place could use a pool

First impression is not overwhelming. Who wants a hotel room that is not carpeted, but then after meeting the friendly and helpful staff, I felt at home right away, especially Joel the swimming pool caretaker. The breakfast buffet is like those of hongkong hotels, (you can take your breakfast al fresco too) I ended up extending my staycation for an additional night. after I checked out they messaged me at home to remind me that I left my pouch bag with my passports, credit cards and cash in the lobby at which in all honestly I thought confidently was with me the whole time. I will book again in this hotel no doubt. Thanks

Very good place to spend 10 days quarantine - very efficient and friendly staff - the rooms are large and clean - recommend this hotel to anyone!
