W Macau - Studio City

I came to Galaxy Arena for a concert, and the hotel was very close by. It was super convenient to walk back to the hotel after the show. The hotel also upgraded me to a suite and provided an extra bed for free. The breakfast quality was pretty good too.

The extraordinary suite truly lives up to its name! The service and environment are outstanding. It's definitely one of the top ten hotels in Macau. The location downstairs is excellent, very close to The Parisian, The Venetian, and The Londoner.

The hotel shuttle bus from the airport was incredibly convenient, taking us directly to the hotel. The hotel's location itself is also excellent. Right after you exit the main lobby and turn right, you're immediately greeted by landmarks like The Londoner and The Parisian. It's perfect for walking to all the shops and attractions. The room was very spacious, and I was so grateful for the upgrade to a suite! It truly elevated our experience and made the whole trip much more comfortable. The suite was exceptionally large, offering direct views of the Parisian Eiffel Tower. It featured a living room, a sofa, and even two bathrooms and a powder room. The hotel's smart facilities were impressive; the TV even showed instructions on how to connect two Bluetooth speakers, making listening to music a truly immersive experience, whether in the living room or bedroom. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They were always ready to help and provided excellent information whenever I asked about transportation to different places. I felt their advice was much more helpful than navigation apps, often saving us from unnecessary detours and getting us to our destinations faster. Room service was also very prompt; anything we requested arrived within just ten minutes. There's a taxi queue right outside the hotel entrance, so you can just hop in. After checking out, we relaxed in the living room and were even offered complimentary hotel popcorn, which was delicious. Choosing this hotel was definitely the highlight of our Macau trip. I've stayed at many W hotels around the world and I really appreciate and love the brand. I must say, W Macau is absolutely one of the best. Looking forward to staying again!

The hotel's location is very close to Hengqin Port, only about a 5-minute drive. The room was decent. Breakfast was quite good and varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and it tasted pretty good too. The only downside was that there were too many people checking in, so we had to wait a long time.

The best hotel I've stayed at in old Macau! My room had a view of the Eiffel Tower, and The Parisian Macao was right across the street. It was only about a 15-minute walk to The Venetian. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus that goes to City of Dreams and various border gates. There's even a Japanese supermarket on the first floor. I'll definitely stay at the W again next time I visit with my kids!
