The biggest surprise this time was from Andaz, especially their turndown service. They neatly arranged all my skincare products, even tidied up the wires, and provided eye cream. They also served drinks with ice cubes – everything was perfectly arranged. Although there was a minor incident during breakfast involving a mainland tourist, they resolved it with great sincerity and even arranged a car to take me to the Conrad. The only downside is that getting to Grand Resort Deck is quite inconvenient, especially when you're wearing a wet swimsuit.

We've taken our kids here a few times now, and the environment is great and everything is clean. Ophelia, Cherrain, and Rebekah's service attitude is very pleasant. This time, the hotel even gave us a strawberry cake, which made the kids really happy, and they also provided various sleep aids.

This stay was truly excellent; you can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its operations. We stayed at another hotel nearby the day before, where everything in the minibar cost extra. In contrast, the Andaz minibar is complimentary, and they even provide souvenirs and high-quality slippers that are worth keeping. It's incredibly convenient for families planning to visit the water park! The Grand Resort Deck is highly recommended. Although it's not directly within the hotel and getting there can be a bit tricky, it's absolutely worth it. The hotel offers a shuttle, but following the staff's suggestion of crossing the road and taking a side elevator from the JW hotel is actually more convenient and quicker. The Grand Resort Deck is huge; you can spend a long time on the sky surfing, and the lazy river, which is 575 meters long, is also fantastic. Both have very clean water and are highly recommended! For those who enjoy thrills, there's also a slide with three difficulty levels to try! The park closes at 8 PM. On our first day, we checked in too late, and when my child went, due to the park's large size, finding the sky surfing took some time as it was quite far. So, we couldn't play to our heart's content before closing time. We initially thought about paying to play again the next day, but it seems it's not open to the public. After discussing it with the hotel front desk staff, they informed us that we could re-enter and play even after checking out by showing our stay record. This is a huge plus! It's so friendly for guests who check in late. On our first day, despite being super tired and short on time, we rushed to get there, wondering what to do since the park opened at 11 AM the next day and we had to check out. So, I feel the hotel's management is very considerate and guest-friendly, not charging for everything and truly thinking about their guests! Thank you! This will definitely be our top choice for hotels when we come to Macau again!

Our main reason for staying here was to visit the Grand Resort Deck. We heard online that guests staying at Andaz Macau have easy access, and it's true! It's just a 5-minute walk. Ms. Cherrain from the hotel was incredibly friendly and even provided a children's activity book for our little one, which was a very thoughtful touch for families. Mr. Shuai was also a true gentleman, courteously helping us with our luggage – very considerate!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and clean, and both the hardware and software are well-maintained. Service: Every staff member was enthusiastic. Amelia, Zedrick, and Mike left a particularly deep impression on us 😎. We'll definitely come again next time! 😁

This trip was a post-May Day holiday getaway, so the hotel price was quite affordable. Although getting to Grand Resort Deck requires a short walk across the road to the Galaxy integrated resort, it didn't dampen our spirits at all! The hotel overall was clean and tidy, and even without a strong hotel perfume scent, it exuded a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. On the first day, we stayed in a king-size bed room, which was well-equipped and even came with complimentary minibar drinks. These were the kind of iced beverages that, as 80s kids, we could only dream of having in a hotel. Being able to enjoy them freely now felt like reclaiming a bit of our childhood. Plus, the hotel was very thoughtful; they had a small gift waiting in the room before we even entered – a glasses cloth! It seems the front desk noted that guests wore glasses during check-in, and they also provided children's toiletries. On the second day, we stayed in a suite. We had initially planned to pay the difference to upgrade to a junior suite, but the manager kindly upgraded us to a grand suite for free! We were truly grateful. That night, we even ordered a lavish late-night supper. They also prepared another small gift for us: heated eye masks, which were absolutely perfect after a full day of water activities. This really showed how attentive the hotel was.

Had a great two-day stay here! In the summer, you can enjoy the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy. The room was clean and bright, and the service was excellent. Sophia, Mia, and Amelia were especially kind and gentle, providing wonderful service.

The service was excellent, especially the turndown service. They noticed I had a laptop and thoughtfully brought me a mouse pad. The environment and transportation are also superb. Excellent and incredibly welcoming! They even gave us a bunch of goodies. This place is perfect for family trips, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. The location is super convenient, with a free shuttle bus for getting around. The staff were all really friendly and enthusiastic.

After a long search, I decided to stay at this hotel. It's quite a distance from the Gongbei Port exit, but I didn't mind too much. Check-in was incredibly slow, and no one offered to help with my luggage. The executive lounge benefits, which were included in my booking, were never mentioned, and I didn't notice them myself, so I completely missed out. I asked the front desk to send up my luggage, and after an hour and three reminder calls, it finally arrived. When I returned to the room a bit later, I found an unknown stain on the bedsheets and the showerhead was leaking. I reluctantly stayed until the next morning and checked out early. The service was unenthusiastic, especially the foreign security guard by the elevator at night. It was a very disappointing stay.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is very new, and both the lobby and lounge are beautiful, adorned with many artistic pieces. Breakfast is a perfect 100 points! Although it's around 200 RMB per person, it's definitely worth the money. The juices are freshly squeezed, and the steamed dim sum is excellent, tasting just as good as what you'd find outside. Coffee is made to order and even comes with latte art, showing great attention to detail. The staff were always on hand to refill water, providing excellent service. The turndown service in the evening was a pleasant surprise. They provided an eye mask, lip balm, and eye cream, and tidied everything in the room meticulously. They even placed a small towel on the vanity before arranging items, which shows incredible attention to detail. The downside is that the hotel doesn't have a casino; you have to walk across to Galaxy, which isn't very convenient.

We were here for a trip, and it happened to be my child's birthday. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and provided many amenities for kids. Amelia and Sophia gave us a very detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities and the exclusive benefits we could enjoy. The hotel service was excellent! Alanlin helped us store our luggage, so even after check-out, we didn't have to worry about where to put our bags! I highly recommend this hotel! It's fantastic!

I've been to Macau many times, but this is my first stay at a Galaxy Hotels & Resorts property, and I chose the Andaz, which has a great reputation online as a family-friendly hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent overall, clean and hygienic, and very smart. Although the room isn't huge, it's very practical. I especially want to commend Justin and Yolanda Chen for their service. They booked the Kids' Zone for my child and thoughtfully reminded us to bring non-slip socks, which created a wonderful memory for my little one.

Seriously impressed! The service was unbelievably good, and the turndown service every evening always had a lovely surprise. The welcome amenities, kids' supplies, and Grand Resort Deck tickets made it incredibly good value for money! Highly recommend for this price!
