YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

My boyfriend and I chose this hotel for our trip to Macau, and it literally took care of everything – accommodation, shopping, dining, and even a movie! The 2.2-meter super large bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in. We also had a big bathtub, a double vanity, and a window view of the fountain at Praça Ferreira do Amaral ⛲️. On the second floor, there's an infinity pool and a gym, both perfect for taking photos.

So convenient, just a one-hour trip from Hong Kong! 🥰 Staying at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was incredibly comfortable. The fountain-view room with its bay window offered a stunning vista. The room was spacious, and having two sinks meant no crowding while getting ready. The heated infinity pool on the second floor overlooks the Macau Tower and Nam Van Lake, and it's absolutely breathtaking at sunset – you can happily swim even in winter. The hotel is connected to a mall, where you'll find the first South Beauty restaurant in Macau, with fantastic food and plenty of other delicious options. It's also easy to get around from here, with the Ruins of St. Paul's within walking distance. Plus, guests get free parking! The whole experience was superb and perfect for a trip with family and friends.

Absolutely terrible! Do NOT recommend! Even 0.5 stars is too generous! 1. **Check-in was abysmal.** Our group booked 4 rooms and tried to pre-check in at 1 PM. Despite signs clearly stating check-in was at 3 PM, we still couldn't get our rooms after 4 PM! When we asked them to rush the cleaning, the front desk staff retorted, "I'm not the one cleaning, so I have no idea when it'll be done." 2. **Hygiene was horrendous.** There were shoe prints in the bathroom! The glass tumblers clearly had water stains, obviously not sanitized! And the bedsheets had visible stains!!! 3. **Decor was awful.** For a 4-person suite, the 3-person room only had one bathroom! The master bedroom had no desk at all! The wardrobe was tiny, with only two small compartments! The desk drawers were broken! It had a strong, cheap motel vibe (like a Home Inn)! 4. **Extremely stingy!** For a 4-person suite costing over 4,000 RMB a night, they only provided 4 complimentary bottles of water and 4 coffee sachets! No black tea bags were offered! 5. **Lack of resources!** We arrived at the breakfast restaurant at 9:20 AM, waited 10 minutes to register with our room card, and once seated, there were only two or three dishes with food on them! Everything else was empty! And the so-called 'semi-buffet à la carte' option wasn't even available!!!

This hotel offers great value for money on the Macau Peninsula. It's a new hotel with complete facilities, clean and tidy, a beautiful environment, and warm service. Our room was very spacious with a small balcony, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also plentiful. The hotel's location is excellent for getting around, right next to the old and new Wynn and Grand Lisboa. There's also a shuttle bus to the Border Gate, and a large bus stop right outside. I'd definitely consider staying at the Treasure Hotel again on my next visit.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! After doing a lot of research, I felt this place was convenient in terms of environment, facilities, and location. The heated pool is perfect for winter, and there's an infinity pool where you can get great shots of the Macau Tower. Plus, a free gym and an amazing breakfast. Eating breakfast while looking at the Macau Tower was incredibly relaxing – a perfect start to the day! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and the Grand Lisboa is right across the street! Excellent value for money and a great environment. Highly recommend.

The room offered an amazing view, which alone made the price feel incredibly worthwhile. Honestly, I almost didn't want to leave the hotel, preferring to just stay in and enjoy the scenery! My only comment is that the front desk should really have more staff during busy periods like Chinese New Year, instead of making guests wait an incredibly long time. The lobby management felt less like a hotel and more like a chaotic marketplace...
