First time in Macau with the little one, and we chose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The location is fantastic! It's close to The Parisian, The Londoner, MGM, and Wynn Palace. The whole room is smart home-controlled. We stayed for two nights, arrived around 11 AM, and luckily, a suitable room was ready, so we checked in immediately. The only downside was that every night around 10 PM, it would get incredibly noisy outside, like a party was going on. My child absolutely loved it, especially the breakfast at The Londoner Food Garden! It was superb!

This hotel is centrally located in Taipa, making transportation very convenient. The decor is luxurious, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and exceptionally clean. All the staff members are very welcoming. Plus, there's shopping right downstairs, along with the famous Lord Stow's Bakery and Koi Kei Bakery.

I made a last-minute decision to stay at The Londoner Macao. After booking, I read some negative reviews, and honestly, I was a bit anxious for several hours before checking in and entering my room. I worried about long waits after check-in, strange odors in the room, and poor soundproofing, among other things. However, my experience was completely different. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any odors. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard; while waiting for the elevator, I saw an auntie tirelessly cleaning rooms and even running to retrieve items on the floor. They clearly want to minimize guest waiting times. It's truly commendable that they're working on the front lines during a holiday when most people are with their families. For those who say the rooms are small, I'd suggest comparing them to hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point. For what you pay at The Londoner Macao, you'd only get an old, super tiny room in Hong Kong. So, the service and facilities at The Londoner Macao are indeed excellent, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

Great location, right opposite the Eiffel Tower! There's an Andrew's Tart shop on the hotel's second floor, which saved us from long queues. I booked a non-smoking room, but when I arrived, they said none were available and we'd have to wait. So, we ended up in a smoking-permitted room in the Bond building. There was a noticeable smoky smell by the elevator, but surprisingly, the room itself didn't smell at all.

First, it was truly sweet that the hotel prepared a lovely cake for us. That made our special day even more memorable. We greatly appreciated this kind gesture. However, we were quite shocked and disappointed by the checkout process. The official checkout time is 11:00 AM, yet at about 11:30 AM, staff rang our doorbell to ask when we would be checking out. This felt intrusive and rushed, especially as we were still in the room and not expecting such an immediate inquiry. In our experience with other 5-star hotels, we’ve never encountered this kind of approach—reminders are usually handled more discreetly (e.g., via phone, or waiting a bit longer if possible). My husband and I both felt it detracted from what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Very clean and well designed hotel, I am sure its one of the best in Macau. As you step in you really think like in UK with the telephone booth. Mtr. Broadway entrance, Big Ben. WEST mlMintseter abbey and the Abbey Road in Liverpool. And for food outlet I tried the Chesla Garden for breakfast with great selection and ample portion , the services is out of the moon. Makes my morning a very 0leasant one the begin with. Thank you Londoner Grand for a pleasant stay sure I will come to try The Mew and the Churchill too.

I'm giving five stars for the overall facilities and the housekeeping staff, as well as the kind front desk lady who checked me in (pictured in the first photo). Honestly, my initial check-in experience was quite frustrating. After confirming at the entrance that check-in was here, we entered the lobby. There were no obvious signs indicating where to queue or staff to guide us, so we just naturally lined up behind the guests already being served. Finally, when it was our turn, the front desk guy sternly told us we needed to queue. I turned around and, to my surprise, a new line of guests had formed in the lobby, which wasn't there when we first walked in. Exhausted, I had no choice but to rejoin the queue... Luckily, the front desk lady who eventually helped me was very patient and friendly. She even upgraded me to an equivalent standard room, allowing me to check in early and rest, which definitely turned my mood around.

Out of the five hotels we stayed at across four cities on this trip, this one was by far the most comfortable. It doesn't have the overt luxury of The Venetian, but instead possesses an inherent British coolness, elegance, and distinct individuality. Compared to The Venetian, this hotel felt much easier to navigate, clearly showcasing the different attitudes of the British versus the Italians – a focus on rules and order rather than being laid-back. My only minor complaint is that there wasn't a power outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom itself. Instead, they provided a hairdryer with an extra-long cord that you had to plug in outside the bathroom and then bring in to use. I wonder if that's also part of the British style?
