This hotel is located at Macau’s business district so it’s suitable for people on short stays, business trips and also fine for those on short trip.
The bigger pro is really the location and easy access to transportation, commute to city center or to ferry terminal is super easy and can be done on foot even.
The biggest con I found was the staff at reception desk, really not friendly at all.
When I arrived I tried to check in but it was a bit too early (few minutes) and I was not allowed to do so until was really the right checkin time. By this time guests were piling up in the lobby which only has a few seats available to wait for check in. Suddenly and before the time they started to do check in and didn’t bother with those waiting for long minutes. In result I was some good 15 min waiting in line. Because only 1 person doing the checking while other was pretending to be busy with papers (not doing anything with them just not to help).
Seems like their big improvement need to be regarding staff.
The room is acceptable in space but has no view to anywhere (not so important).
It has several usb plugs to allow charging of mobiles and other devices but doesn’t offer even some instant coffee or something like that.
I recall that we are talking about a room that has a rate of around 1,000 dollars of Hong Kong per night so it’s not a cheap place (in price) but the staff make it cheap in service. For this price range there are a lot of other places in town that are better in service. Probably won’t return here anymore.
Additionally the coffeeshop on lobby floor has been closed and deactivated so the offer on F&B is also very limited.
Zero additional amenities or services such as gym, pool or any entertainment venues.
