The staffs was friendly and polite at the check in counter. The interiors of the hotel was very beautiful and the suite rooms are very spacious for two person. Will be back to stay here again

The location is very strategic, going everywhere is very convenient due to the proximity. There are several shuttle buses that operate to the airport and the terminal. Stay here for 2 nights making our trip unforgettable!

Room was very clean and nice. The service to the room was fast and friendly. ****** was very busy though and I was asked to show my ID to verify my age despite being nearly 40 years old. In general though I would go back.

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

it’s worth to try it’s just the pool is too far from the hotel room and the eating area so you better prepare to ask it all in the lobby

(Foreigner) One of the best stays I had!
Awesome suite, spacious and luxurious. Upon our arrival we wanted to extend by one night and the room the ordered was not available, so they offered to upgrade us to a better room!
Helpful concierge, nice stuff, great pools area.
Fantastic stay, would definitely come back!!!!
