Hotel Golden Dragon

Traveling with family, we booked two standard rooms. The beds are 1.2 meters wide, which was fine for squeezing in with the kids. The buffet is a great deal: breakfast is 65 MOP per person, and lunch is 98 MOP per person. There's a good variety of dishes, and the food tastes pretty good – much better than the small shops outside, especially for breakfast. Snacks downstairs easily cost 60-80 MOP, so 65 MOP for so many options is a steal. Plus, with the Alipay discount of 5 MOP per order, it works out to about 50 RMB per person. The hotel rooms are pretty standard; you get two bottles of mineral water and typical toiletries. The hotel shuttle usually starts around noon (the Border Gate route starts a bit earlier, at 11:25 AM, then runs every half hour or so, and every 15 minutes during peak times).

Staying here during the New Year's Day holiday was a bit pricey; it would probably offer better value for money on a regular weekday. The towels and other amenities were very clean and comfortable. Although the bathtub was small, a good soak really helped wash away the day's fatigue. I didn't book breakfast, but eating at the local restaurant across the street was a good experience with authentic, traditional flavors.

The service was excellent, and the stay was quiet and comfortable. The location is great, near the Golden Lotus Square on the peninsula, with many snack options nearby. It's a shame I lost at Mocha on the second floor. I'll definitely come back again; the price is reasonable.

The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by tea restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and supermarkets. The Grand Prix Museum is also nearby. The staff are warm and friendly. The room is very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. It's only a five-minute walk to catch a shuttle to Sands, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. You can walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Coit Tower. The room is relatively spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities are complete. The front desk service is fast and efficient.
