My stay this time was a complete surprise – no complaints at all! The location is super convenient, making it effortless to get around, find food, and explore the area. The lobby and guest rooms are spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene – absolutely no cutting corners. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is really good, so it's quiet at night and you won't be disturbed. All the staff are friendly and polite, and they respond quickly and thoughtfully to any requests. The value for money is exceptional. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice. I honestly highly recommend it to everyone, go for it!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful! Seeing that there were three of us, they kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free and even brought up extra toiletries without us asking. The room itself was huge! The beds, I'd say about 1.5m by 2m, were incredibly large and comfortable. After using a Trip.com discount, we got the room for around 300 MOP a night, which is an amazing deal. Calling the front desk for service was also super prompt. It's really rare to find such good service in a crowded place like Macau Peninsula. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. If you're looking to explore the Peninsula for a day or two, Hotel Rio is a perfect choice – highly, highly recommended! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Senado Square, making it easy to get anywhere on the main island.

This hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the Grand Lisboa, Guia Lighthouse, and Ruins of St. Paul's, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, the service is excellent, and the price is also very reasonable.

A wonderful staycation with big space. International plug for all usage. Body lotion, shampoo, body wash, comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver accessories, hair dryer, towel, etc are fully equipped and provided with mineral water. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. With restaurant and sauna. Really amazing place.

Staying at the Rio Hotel in Macau was an absolutely fantastic experience! The French palace-style decor is incredibly elegant, with gilded carvings and a giant crystal chandelier in the lobby that's perfect for photos. The location is superb, right in the heart of the NAPE district. It's a short walk to the Lotus Square and the Grand Prix Museum, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to Taipa and the Border Gate. The rooms have just been renovated and are spacious, clean, and offer amazing natural light. The bedding is so soft, I slept soundly all night. The facilities are excellent, including a heated pool, gym, and the fantastic Grand Orbit buffet, which offers Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisine – even locals love it here. The service is incredibly thoughtful, with a 24-hour front desk and free luggage storage. The staff are warm and professional. It offers incredible value for money; for the same price, the comfort level is definitely top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau!

The room was spacious and had power outlets suitable for mainland devices. The internet was fast. The breakfast restaurant is outsourced and the selection was limited and quite average, so I wouldn't recommend it. The service attitude was good. It offers good value for money and a great location, being close to the Marina Bay Sands. You can easily walk to catch any of the free shuttles going in various directions from the Marina Bay Sands.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Macau. It's in the heart of the old district, offers incredible value for money, and has all the facilities you need! I'll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel environment is quite good, and the room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's also relatively close to casinos and other attractions. Considering the surrounding area, I'm quite satisfied.

Stepping into the hotel, you're greeted by a dazzling golden lobby. Outside, there are convenient stores like OK and 7-Eleven, operating 24 hours, which makes grabbing anything super easy. For dining, there's a restaurant on the hotel's third floor, though the portions are a bit small. Alternatively, there's a Cafe de Coral right downstairs from the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money in Macau. It's clean, conveniently located very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and surrounded by plenty of food options. The only downside is the mattress; some rooms have beds that are almost falling apart.

We recently completed a 5-day 4 nights stay in a Family Room. Overall, our experience was positive, though there are a few logistical details future guests should keep in mind. The Location The hotel is situated a bit further away from the more famous, high-profile hotels in the area. • Shuttle Access: If you plan on using the free shuttle buses to visit other major hotels or attractions, expect about a 10-minute walk to the nearest pick-up point. • Verdict: If you don't mind a little bit of walking to get to the main hubs, this hotel is a great, suitable option. The Room & Service The family room was comfortable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. However, we did encounter one confusing policy regarding the amenities. A Note on Rainy Days: ＞ When it rained, the front desk informed us they could only lend out one umbrella per room. Since we were a group of three, this was quite impractical and hard to understand for a family-sized booking. Fortunately, we had brought our own, but definitely pack an extra one just in case! Summary: A good, reliable stay if you are looking for a quieter location and don't mind being slightly off the beaten path. Just remember to bring your own rain gear!

The room was really big and spacious, and quite clean. Plus, they provided four bottles of drinking water, which was plenty. The hotel's location is excellent, and since our stay included breakfast, it made eating and getting around super convenient. It was easy to catch a taxi right downstairs. My only minor complaint is that check-in was a bit slow; there were a lot of people, and we had to wait in line.

Great service with a friendly staff. I love the spacious room. I am very comfortable.
