Our stay was fantastic. We arrived around noon and the staff immediately checked us in. The Eiffel Tower view room offered a beautiful sight of the Londoner light show at night, which was lovely. The kids absolutely loved the indoor waterpark. On the fifth floor, there's a TeamLab exhibition with many hidden interactive exhibits. All the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

Booked a deluxe king room for two nights. The check-in attendant, REX, was amazing; he quietly upgraded me to an Eiffel Tower view room and, knowing I'm a Sands Life member, extended my late check-out to 2 PM. I didn't think I'd need that service, but it turned out to be a lifesaver because the kids took so long getting ready with their elaborate makeup just to see RIIZA. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent. I asked for a latex pillow, and they brought me a neck support pillow instead, which was a very nice touch! The three interconnected hotels are fantastic for exploring. The POP MART themed exhibition was also great, I just forgot to take photos.
