Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao.
This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be.
From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise).
Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Very big and clean room! Very comfortable stay, can make use of their free shuttle bus services. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, can take a bus to central Macau on weekdays as no shuttle bus service is provided. Got upgraded to a twin room facing the tower. Amazing view!

My stay was nice and only would like to talk about the service of le buffet staff, I was walked in to the restaurant and order one of the ordered to cook lobster, the staff told me it’ll take about 20-30 minutes but until I finished my breakfast my order didn’t serve, which was around 1 hour plus. And I have tried to approach the same staff and told me ordered has placed and never served to my table. At last I gave up.
