Stayed one night with mom on her birthday and it’s definitely a 5-star experience (5/5) at the Londoner. The guest relations team contacted me 2 days prior and message me on WhatsApp to share all the details I need and whenever I need help during my stay I also message them and they are super responsive and helpful. The room is beautifully designed with a fully stocked mini bar and all kind of amenities you need. One of the highlight is definitely the in-room foot massager - I spent an hour there to relax my feet after the long walk on the first day and please don’t forget to try on the bathrobe, it’s the best one I have ever tried! I most wanna take it home LOL! All in all, mom and I had a wonderful stay there with great F&B offerings and extraordinary services.

幾乎算是入住過的酒店天花板了，三亞艾迪遜和新加坡金沙比也沒有倫敦人豪橫奢華，從酒店的大堂外風景無敵，到酒店的下午茶及酒吧簡直是太棒了，泳池也不錯，商場連為一體，很多人來拍照打卡，早餐非常豐富。從澳門離開去深圳的時候發現行李丟在前台一件，聯繫酒店後工作人員33630把行李送到了關口，非常感謝🙏

Beautiful interior, delicious food, help and support all over in hotel. This does not describe all the advantages of this place.Excellence in everything! If you are in Macau, choose only The Londoner.
