The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

Gorgeous hotel. First time visiting Macao so the taxi situation was very frustrating. I wish there was an easier way to get a taxi but the hotel does offer a free shuttle everyday to certain spots. Nice location, close to Galaxy and the other main hotels.

Very nice hotel with a great room and balcony. Things were clean and the staff were nice. I was not a fan of the shower/bath situation in the room but apart from that everything else was great.

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

Hotel is not close to major tourist sites
Shuttle bus timetable is always changing and difficult to reach upon boarders
General rooms are clean and nicely maintained
Pool side bar is shut down as well and the restaurant seem empty

My family enjoyed their stay. They specifically liked the view from the room. They also enjoyed the pool and all the facilities of the hotel are modern. All the staff are helpful and courteous making our stay more comfortable. It is a bit far from Cotai and Macao area but they always have taxi outside.

Overall experience was very good! The room is clean and comfortable, very big and cosy. Their staff are professional and friendly. If shuttle bus waiting times are shorter will be preferred
