Lisboeta Macau-Maison L’OCCITANE

The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.

There were three breakfast options, and I chose the Western one. The coffee even came with latte art! The hotel is a bit secluded, so the room was quiet. The shuttle bus can take you to the Up-Phuket hotel across the street.

I got an unexpected room upgrade and didn't have high expectations, but the moment I stepped in, I was really impressed! I took a bath at night, and the large bathtub was so comfortable. They provided a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and the walk-in closet had plenty of space to hang clothes. The bed was also a huge 2.2-meter. The heating was a bit weak, and it would have been perfect if the night view was better. You can take photos downstairs. I'd suggest more dining and shopping options would be even better.

Booked a twin room for two adults and one child. The beds were quite large, so we slept soundly. I really liked that the toiletries were all L'Occitane. The front desk also gave us a skip-the-line cable car pass for Wynn Palace.

The hotel is super convenient for getting around. There's a bus stop right outside, and you can walk a few minutes to catch the intercity rail (6 MOP, which is about 5.16 RMB). Taxis are also readily available at the hotel entrance, and even better, they offer a free shuttle bus service. It's very quiet at night, and the housekeeping staff, especially one gentleman, was very meticulous and friendly. The toiletries provided are from L'Occitane, and they include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and even a pillow mist and soap. Plus, there are two complimentary Nescafé sachets, a mini-fridge, and a digital safe. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. For breakfast, there are 31 sets to choose from; we picked sets 1 and 2. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit in the future! ✌️

Finding a car to Grand Lisboa Palace from the airport was easy. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Grand Lisboa Palace's West Gate. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly, always asking if they've finished cleaning. The hotel lobby staff are attentive and thorough, always ready to answer any questions. Downstairs there's a mall with small gifts, pastries, an ice cream parlor, coffee, and tea. The leisure experience here is excellent.
