Terrible, don't go to this inn, any place is better, especially if you're looking for something simple, don't go anyway. We had to leave in a hurry. I made the payment at the counter in case something unexpected happened, and that's what happened. They informed us that they would give us a refund, but to this day I've been waiting and nothing. They don't even respond on WhatsApp. Lack of empathy and professionalism. This is the worst thing I've ever experienced, especially the rooms, which are very small. It's not worth it.

Todas as minhas estrelas são pela localização (que é excelente, o ponto mais positivo) e pela educação, cortesia e boa vontade dos funcionários da linha de frente (também é impecável; e tomara que a dona não seja a única pessoa que eu vi lá trabalhando com o semblante bem emburrado, pois nesse caso é ela que precisa ser treinada pelos próprios funcionários). O hotel está passando por reformas e acredito que isso vá melhorar muito os pontos que são negativos (coisas antigas, box apertadíssimo, salão de café da manhã muitíssimo pequeno).

Passei 5 noites no Hotel Gogó da Ema com meus pais e a experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. Cama confortável, o ar condicionado é ótimo, bom café da manhã com variedades e funcionários super simpáticos. O hotel está passando por reformas, mas não atrapalhou a experiência. Está ficando muito bonito. Voltarei com certeza

Péssimo. A localização é boa, mas o hotel pousada é deplorável. Extremamente sujo, suíte com porta descascando, sem qualquer gancho de apoio no banheiro, Extremamente sujo. Iluminação precária, black-out menor que a janela. A primeira impressão já foi terrível pelo a atendimento prestado na recepção pelo Felipe, que destoa do restante da equipe, que sempre se mostraram gentis, educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã fraco, servido no anexo que também é restaurante e mantém o mesmo padrão baixo de limpeza.

Hotel maravilhoso, poucos passos do calçadão da orla de ponta verde a melhor praia da cidade. O hotel foi ampliado e fizeram um andar a mais com quartos e banheiros tudo novos e com vista do mar. Café da manhã espetacular, Vão iniciar a construção da piscina e com certeza o hotel ficará melhor ainda.
