Very bad establishment, very small rooms, bathroom gets everything wet when we take a shower, very old towels, lack of face towels at breakfast, rotten fruit, apple, papaya and watermelon, my wife felt sick because of breakfast, asked for a tea bag to make tea, they tried to charge us 5.00 reais, after I said it would be because of the coffee, they released it.
Another thing was that they charged us R$40.00 per day for the empty minibar. This establishment is absurd. We won't stay there any longer.

The hotel does not cover breakfast, the drinks we took had to be placed in a Styrofoam box because there was no minibar and the rooms are very small. I am disappointed and expected something else from the ibis chain.
