Undoubtedly the best hotel I have stayed in and also the best hotel that I’ve held trainings at. Excellent services, Clean rooms, best food, friendly and respectful waiters… I mean this place is awesome. I’m home 🏠 thank you Gelian Team. This is home for me 🙏🏼

The hotel is awesome but the service is very poor. I travel almost every-time and this being my home hotel I was disappointed especially with service from Carol in the restaurant. I bet she’s a battler or something. Please improve your customer care!!!

I checked in overnight while attending a two day training. I got an ensuite double bed room. I appreciated the warm hospitality, more so making me comfortable while fasting. I had a warm meal served to me at 6pm, and at 8pm as per my request. Check in and out process was very smooth. My tea addiction was well served, thank you so much.

Clean place, generally. That's a plus. Ordered the meat platter for two, but what was served was very very different from the description on the menu. For that price, what we got was disappointing and grossly underwhelming. Definitely not going back there. For Kshs 2400, check out what we got, sans the pork chops and sausages as advertised on the menu.

My stay was quite unfortunate. I lost my valuable pants and none bothered to question the housekeeper incharge. Visitors please guard your properties since management doesn't care neither bother to. This is absurd.

Friendly customer service, Great food and clean rooms. Overall the hotel is quiet and is kept clean. The staff are friendly and willing to assist promptly with anything. The swimming pool had been emptied the day I visited. Their rooftop restaurant gives great views of machakos town.

We made our reservation in very good time (7 people). On the arrival day we get to the hotel and they are fully booked and had to take us to a sister hotel which is extremely basic but for the same cost.
