設施一般地理位置不錯價格也合理，員工服務意識急需加強，保潔人員見到人沒有主動問好，晚上部分房間內有打麻將的聲音很鬧騰，部分沙發躺椅存在損壞的情況。説好了延時退房前台打電話語氣生硬粗魯，需要進一步培訓，一樓的美食城不錯，停車場保安大爺也很好

經常出差，住酒店都沒有按金，這個酒店需要按金，還有礦泉水，別的酒店衹要需要都會免費送，這個酒店除了房間裏的，每多加一瓶水都有加3塊錢，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇到

性價比超高！環境設施都不錯。
早餐在一樓天吉小吃城特別好吃，熱乾麪，蛋酒，豆皮都很非常吃，一人吃不完，可打包可帶走。早餐二人點一份麪足夠，量大。

在麻城這家酒店住了兩天，性價比很高，早上的早餐比較豐富，兩個人可以吃的很飽，房間衞生也挺乾淨的，關鍵是很方便 邊上就是麻城廣場，帶小孩玩，購物，吃東西都非常方便，不用走好多路，帶小孩玩的可以推薦下
