Amazing hotel when it comes to prize for value.
Hot springs in hotel price.
Staff realy helpful, menaged to prolong my stay by 2 days when there was No room available online.
My only issue was distance to Tokyo center and metro station, but it was my choice to book hotel so far away to lower a price

I am a repeat customer.
I use this hotel because my family lives nearby.
The reception staff are very friendly,
the cleaning is thorough and clean, and it is a very comfortable stay.
I can also use the nearby spa facilities.
The breakfast menu is very satisfying.
I appreciate the coffee service on weekends,
but if I could be greedy, I would be happy if they could bring it to my room.
I will use this hotel again.
