wife had 17 bedbug bites and I had 7. Also found a bedbug when unpacking at home. Currently costing me $1700 for start bedbug treatment. They also required a $50 for damage fee which I knew nothing about prior to booking and I had better get credit back on my credit card which they said would happened. Will never stay there again.

Breakfast was terrible. no eggs or any kind of meat. Coffee was horrible. Terrible pillows, potty loose on the floor. Furniture is old / broken down and should be replaced.
overpriced for the condition of things. Note: no luggage carts. Had to negotiate luggage up and down stairs.

It was generally pretty nice a clean. Definitely could use an update. Biggest complaint is the air fresheners. The fragrance was so strong and quite bothersome. Staff were friendly.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot and good pressure. Needed waffle iron and batter for hot breakfast.

Very small dining area with only 2 small tables at the check-in desk for the breakfast, but other than that it was a great stay!

Clean comfy no coffee maker room
Basic no frills with no elevator which was no big deal for us as we usually take the stairs anyway but the no coffee maker was a as we love our coffee before we get moving but they have coffee downstairs so we survived. The room was clean and comfy.

No one at desk when we tried to check in. Finally called hotel and person showed up to answer phone.
