Great location, right on the beach which also had jet skiing, parasailing, and a bunch of other water sports. Nice staff, also had the option for breakfast. Place was clean and very accommodating

The staff are very friendly and willing to see to whatever you need and I appreciated that. The location itself is okay, considering there is a wharf where you can go to different islands. I would not consider it a “beach” per se. The room was clean, and the AC worked well, but everything was old and falling apart. The breakfast was disappointing and there wasn’t even water in the room. Considering the price that was paid, this accomodation is not worth it. The bed was comfortable, but after one night, we checked out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, they do not tell you at the onset that you have to pay again for the cottage for night use. Surprise. Second, no faucet. Third, no flush or restroom lock. Fourth, no tissue and dirty comfort room. Fifth, staff are not accommodating and have not helpful. Not welcoming especially the mother of the wife of the owner, as if the customers are bothering her for being there. Not friendly at all. Not worth the money. Not transparent with the charges. We would never go back and would not recommend to anyone. We paid for the karaoke but then the manager said we can no longer continue after our 2nd song. Wow!

Este hotel localiza se na caótica macpan island mesmo perto do aeroporto. Terá uma estadia extremamente tranquila com a praia praticamente só para si. Ao fim de semana pelo que entendi enche se de locais a fazerem piquenique. Aqui em macpan todas as praias são privadas e completamente rodeadas de barcos. Por este motivo é já ótimo ter uma praia para poder relaxar. O pequeno almoço é sempre entregue na varanda do quarto mas sempre estilo asiático. Eu usufrui muito da tranquilidade desta estadia.
