I was dissappointed with our room when we arrived. Theres a cab web in the ceiling and theres a small pieces of plastic in the floor. The tv is not working.
Theres no bath towel in the room.

The location is very dirty...The receptionist is very mean. I dont want to go back again. Because the place is smelly. Smell likes cockroaches. The Building is very old. I dont understand the place. Ewww.

i booked the room on ***********, when we arrived the room was nothing like the picture on the internet. The hotel is filthy outside rubbish everywhere, one of the staff urinating by the lobby door and doesn't get any better on the inside. The room we was allocated with was dirty with worn out bed sheets and infected with baby cockroaches, when we complained to the staff they said there was nothing they could do about it. JUST couldn't be bothered. i was waiting to leave feedback on *********** but then recieved an email saying that i can't because capitol tourist inn said i never showed up.
