The Property looks good with lavish rooms but the the hospitality is very poor,behaviour of staff is terrible,The quaters for Drivers are poor and inhuman behaviour with Drivers giving them food with Food of dogs kept aside ,i mean basic humanity should be there For the guests also 1.No internet connectivity 2. Misbehaving staff with poor service 3.Food service poor 4.Bathroom water Clogging issue 5.Insects in Bathroom 6.Violent behaviour with Drivers by Reception staff.No politeness at all.

Splendid stay with nice n courteous staff.Cooperative staff n atmosphere. Very nice n serene location with good amenities including the play area etc.

This is a hotel sold at a premium rate to travelers by showing good pictures but reality is very different. VERY DIFFERENT. You can judge by the reasons below. We booked 7 rooms for 2 nights. * Room 1: Party of insects in the bathroom, a lizard climbed up my body while doing the number 2 on day 1. Found the lizard in the same place on day 2 * Room 2: Bedcover had glowing insects within. Switch of the lights and they all came alive like a laser show. *Room 3: Lizard climed up while doing the number 2. Many insects in the bathroom *Room 4: Glowing insects on floor, lizard in bathroom. There is barely any landscaping on the property. It's raw and looks like a government jungle resort. Forgot to hire a Gardner. Now the best part. Staff has less regard for the guest than a youth hostel owner. They smile and say yes to everything but do little to please you. We wanted to sit in the bar area as so many of us, but it has two tiny A/Cs that don't cool the place. We informed them well in advance of our plans but no prep was done to make us feel good or cool the place. Food in day 1 was good but day 2 was 180 flip. Almost like the same person didn't even cook it. All starters taste good but are drowned in oil. The kofta had double salt, chicken had no taste and they had made nothing else. At 1030 pm the chef had left so we were forced to eat crap. Massive confusion in the kitchen always. Most of my judgement comes because of the price I'm paying. If they can admit to be a 3 star property with reasonable 3 star rates, I would not complain. This is a sham. Don't get fooled by the rate, there is nothing premium about this place.

My expectations for a great stay were raised when I had my first sight at the lake from the deck. Boy, was I surprised to have such an amazing experience and a lovely stay. Everyone at the hotel, including the boys in cleaning, the people working at the front desk, the car drivers, and Manager Vaibhav, took extra good care of my family. The feeling of being in the middle of the woods while taking a walk around the property and having a special dinner under a banyan tree are two of the moments that will remain ingrained in my memory for a very long time. The rooms were exceptionally large, and four people could sleep comfortably in each one. However, there was an additional charge for the additional two visitors and beds in the room. The bathroom design was fantastic, and I admired how much space it provided. The only item that may be considered a drawback was the absence of a body wash in the open-air shower area. Many thanks to the hardworking personnel as well as the proprietors for creating such a charming and cosy location. My appreciation goes out to everyone who had a hand in creating this charming quaint little place
