Staff was pleasant and room was nice and clean. Pool was out of service for cleaning while we were there; luck of the draw. Website description listed breakfast but only had juice and coffee. Lastly, they charged an extra pet fee but politely reimbursed it when I called. Overall, okay for a one-night stay and rightly priced.

I was stock in the bathroom for 30 minute the door did not want to open ,i had to break it with a knife because not even the staff was able to do anything

Cigarette butts outside the door, doors need painting, ac would not work on automatic, noisy at night.

Meh
No breakfast, as listed .. disappointed at that. Only coffee, juice, or tea in the morning. That's it.
Front desk very friendly. Cordial. Room very clean.
No smoke detector in room. Could have been broken or stolen. But if they knew about it missing, immediate replacement should happen
Outside clean and taken care of.
$5 charge if key (plastic card) is not returned. Odd ..
New appliances in room.
White comforter.
Laminate floors, no carpet. Appreciated.

Note: the app said this establishment offered breakfast, which was one of the reasons I selected the motel. In reality, no breakfast was offered.

Check in clerk says they haven’t offered breakfast since covid. Otherwise it’s fine for what you’re paying.

Roaches were in the bathroom. Came for a one night stay with family and it was an uncomfortable stay.

My family (son, daughter in law and two infants) had to book an emergency trip and drive three hours for the night and continue the next morning to their destination. They got there at 10pm to check in and were told there was no rooms avaliable. EVEN THO their name was in the reservation list and paid. He called me and I told the lady of their being 2 babies with them and one needing surgery at Shands. She then helped them find a room for the night. For whatever reason they had overbooked.
Not sure who was really responsible for this... the hotel or *******.
But I can honestly say after 15 years of using ******* I have bever had a problem. Soooo??
Had it not been for her willingness to help my kids, and give them (an out of order) room, they would have been in the car for the night. Either sleeping in it or driving thru the night. As there were no other hotels for 200 mile radius of Gainsville due to multiple events going on at UF.
That being said, had it not been for her this rating would have been a zero!!
