The thing I like: Convenient location Cold water serving at lobby Good Bar at the lobby Good room service The thing I do not like: I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby. Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

Room is quite small for three adults and the room is not really sound-proof, can hear the people talking/TV sounds. However, it is quite convenience to get to Plaza de toros Monumental de Las Ventas. Also, there's a supermarket nearby!

Nice hotel, attentive staff and nice clean lifts. there was not any issues I found with the place

Location was to take an 7minutes to get to subway and can reach to heart of mardrid around 15minutes. so no problem with location. The service was good enough for me. The room was very clean and wide. They have good breakfast restaurant so that we spent all morning there to eat and talk too much.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the accommodations were comfortable. The proximity to the subway station and bus stop made it easily accessible.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the station and subway station. There is a supermarket opposite and there are many restaurants nearby. but! The guy at the hotel front desk initially gave us a rubbish room at the bottom of the corridor with a very small room and an air conditioner outside the window. It looked like a workshop. We arrived in the afternoon and there was no way there were no other rooms. In addition, after we went downstairs and asked to change rooms, we were indeed changed to a normal room. It also shows that the garbage room we were given at the beginning was intentional. It is difficult not to think that it is a kind of racial discrimination. Please pay attention.

Very clean, tidy, good location, convenient transportation. It is close to 2 subway stations. It is recommended to go to the nearest one and get on and off the train (you need to transfer one more train, but it is more convenient). The various indoor facilities are okay. 3 people booked 2 rooms. Overall, it feels pretty good.

酒店離機場不遠，打車大概13～15歐即可；樓下旁邊有超市；有必要提一下早餐，服務員對亞洲面孔的客人冷若冰霜，排隊輪到我們的時候兩個服務員竟然可以旁若無人的聊了5分鐘的天！早餐品種也不多，最離譜的是西瓜是熟過頭的西瓜，菠蘿也是黑心的，距離萬豪的品牌形象差太遠！！！

酒店交通較方便，離地鐵站不遠，房間乾淨整潔，早餐品種還算豐富，服務較為熱情，算是一次不錯的住宿體驗。
