This is a downtown motel with no view.
Breakfast and service were ok
The parking lot and rooms were like an inn.
Accommodation is also very small..

You can only recommend the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (especially the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites you to linger. The great roof terrace with the excellent view over Madrid should not go unmentioned. We would like to come again.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Great rooftop bar, very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and kind and provided great service. The only thing that detracted from our experience was that the bedroom next to us was under renovation, so it was noisy during the day.

The older gentleman that works the Night Shift went above and beyond! He helped us with what we needed and was extremely polite and nice!

Location was excellent. At the tip of the park and close to train and bus transportation. Staff gratiously accommodated us with an early check-in (flight arrived early morning) and even though room faced the street and was on low floor, street noise was minimal because of (fairly) new windows. Didn't use hotel dining or bar, but the roof-top was lovely great views and photography. Plenty of restaurants in the area and French bakery with great coffee and pastries was one block away. I don't usually write reviews, but would highly recommend H10 Puerta de Alcala.

The condition of the facility was good and I had a comfortable stay.
The staff were also friendly.
It's next to a huge park and it was fun to walk around.

Great neighborhood, within walking distance to El Retiro park, El Prado museum, Puerta de Alcala. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, definitely would come back!
