Great location, right next to the Grand Place, and very clean. The bathroom was finally separate, and there was space for toiletries. The staff were all lovely and even let me check in early.

Just a few minutes' walk from the SOL metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's also within a 20-minute walk to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. All of this, combined with the price, makes it excellent value for money.

EExcellent location. The main downside is that there are no curtains, although you do get used to it after a while. They also only provide a sheet rather than a blanket, so it can get a bit cold at night when the AC is on.

Overpriced and inconvenient. Paid €10.50 for luggage storage. Upon pickup, instead of retrieving the item, one staff member instructed me to enter the crowded storage area and locate my own suitcase among the mess. Not what I expect from a hotel.

The hostel has a lovely atmosphere and is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. The staff were also amazing — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The hostel was very clean and i felt really safe staying in this hostel although I was staying in a mixed dorm. People are extremely friendly and this hostel is located right in the city centre!! It is very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

It was alright. I met different roommates, and everyone was very polite. There were some who talked on the phone and disturbed my rest, but they quieted down a lot after a gentle reminder. Overall, the atmosphere was good. The location is unbeatable, highly recommended!
