I really like this hotel, the location is perfect, it's so close to the shopping center. And it's got a free coffee. Toilet light is automatic. And to the whole hotel smells like Apple! Staffs are super nice and the room is clean. I would definitely stay again.

The room is beautiful and the service is very good! Bedsheets changed daily, location is great, walking distance to museums.

I was sick and there wasn't even a bottle of water at the front desk. When I called and asked, I was told that it would only be given when the room was cleaned. I was speechless because I didn't know how to adapt.

The location is very convenient, right in the city center, and it's very convenient to eat and go shopping nearby! The room space is also large enough! Highly recommend to stay again! However, the hotel does not allow children to stay!

Very good location. There are Chinese restaurants, small supermarkets, and various stores nearby. It is not far from Puerta del Sol. The security in the city center is very good! The first choice for your next travel stay!
