B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor Reviews

I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to access all the main attractions in Madrid. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. What impressed us most was the thoughtful touch of a light breakfast (muffins and buns) provided every morning — such a sweet gesture! On top of that, the lobby has a station offering complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, juice, cookies, and fruits. It was lovely to relax there and enjoy some snacks after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again on our next trip to Madrid.

Simply the Best. Basically it’s 5 minutes away from everything in Madrid. The Hotels is also clean, good looking and smart organized.

Good location and easily access to metro station. Near to plaza mayor and Carrefour is just next door. Good for travellers

Great hotel in a great location. Had everything we needed. No breakfast available but little bag with water and a muffin/ doughnut hung on doorknob in the morning and the coffee corner. Perfect place for us. Although there is a lift, there are stairs, so be careful if mobility limited or lots of heavy bags. Fine for us with weekend luggage. Staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It's very close to the city center, everywhere is just walking distance, and the hotel has cookies, drinks at the -2 floor, in the morning they will provide you water and doughnut, great experience

Great location. Staff are nice and the hotel was clean. They also drop off a snack and drink every morning as there’s no breakfast provided which is very nice of them.

It was an amazing hotel to stay for a trip! the city view from the room was pretty and staffs at front were friendly. Definitely come back for my next trip:)

I love the interior design. This hotel is located in the main area near Plaza Mayor.

The location is perfect, there was no need to use transportation. The little snacks they left at the door in the morning were a nice detail.

The hotel was very well located, the bed was quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again!
