Nice place
Great place to stay. Room are small but very clean and very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and kind.

Absolutely bad! They simply don’t want to help! Room change? No? Refund for unused nights? No! For your own sanity stay away! The rooms are small and if you are claustrophobic not the right place! Plus the front desk service is awful!

The place is a complete disaster, I have booked a room there and when I arrived it was a construction site, the room was dirty, not even close to the images and smelled horrible. I had to cancel and find a new place that day.

눀 I Punti di forza sono sostanzialmente due: 1) la posizione davvero ottimale, in pratica tra Puerta del Sol e Plaza Mayor ; 2) il prezzo. La camera ovviamente non è una suite e non è enorme, resta comunque accogliente e funzionale per soggiorni di breve durata. Bella idea quella del Bollitore e del frigorifero. Bagno completo di set asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Lo staff ottimo. In particolare abbiamo preso confidenza con il ragazzo messicano (non abbiamo fatto in tempo a fare amicizia) che ci ha consigliato dove mangiare. Grazie mille. Grazie a tutti
