Customer service was excellent and the personal touches by the staff was wonderful. Camino, wait staff at breakfast, and cleaning staff, really went above and beyond. They provided personal touches during the holiday time. We appreciate it! Breakfast excellent, location excellent, right next to metro stop that is centrally located. Front desk - helped us whenever we need help. Great place to stay and recommend.

The room was great. My family lived the shower. The only complaint we had was the TV was not a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc. and we couldn’t get the AC to work. Since we couldn’t turn the AC on, we slept with the window open and it was somewhat loud outside. Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was also very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here: the Petit Palace was the last stop on our 16-day visit to Spain and, sadly, we were here for only one night, but the staff was super-friendly and made us feel like valued repeat customers, not just a one-night stand.
The hotel is located in the heart of the Alonso Martinez/Chueca district, which is chock-full of wonderful shops and restaurants, making our brief stay extremely comfortable. The room was roomy, clean and quiet, including a very roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower (and good water pressure!). All in, we'd go back if and when we visit Madrid again!

Nice hotel within walking distance of Gran via and lots of fantastic restaurants.
Nice hotel with excellent breakfast .
Only gripe is the lack of tea and coffee in the room . You are given two complimentary pods for the machine then asked to pay 1.5euros per pod if you want more .

Our room was wonderfully quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely located to access both the history and culinary/entertainment delights of Madrid. Heartily recommend the Petit Palace!
