Terrible, I've never seen such a bad room. First, the hot water wasn't hot enough, so I couldn't even take a proper shower. Second, unlike any other 3-star hotel I've stayed in, this one didn't offer housekeeping. The room was also very small, dim, and quite scary. And to top it all off, there was no elevator, just old, creepy stairs! ⚠️

Everything is bad in the hotel. Breakfast, inside the room All staff ( Bad customer service ) Specially the lady from the Philippines in kitchen/and I think she is also the housekeeping area. She is so rude Never ever coming back there and not recommended. Number 0 Very very very poor Dissatisfied.

The staff are so kind~ The bed blanket... is a little dirty... There's a stain... I wiped it with my hand and it came off..... Maybe the laundry didn't get done.. The location is good, but there was a lot of banging noise all night, and the noise blocking wasn't at all. I was surprised when someone in the next room opened the door and thought it was my room.. The photo is the view from the room. Well, it wasn't bad because there was a window.
