The hotel's location is indeed very convenient, within walking distance to art galleries and parks. However, the room had a very strong renovation smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for long. The most unpleasant part was the front desk staff's attitude. On my last night in Madrid, I barely slept due to feeling unwell. The next day, I tried to request a late check-out for just half an hour. I don't understand why there was a late check-out option on the hotel's service QR code, but it always failed when I tried to fill it out. When I called the front desk, I was met with a very cold and arrogant refusal (they didn't even listen to my full request and just kept repeating the check-out time: '12').

The hotel coffee is excellent, and the location is superb, right on the main road. The front desk service was also very good.

The breakfast was great with a wide selection, and the room was very clean. The location is excellent for getting around; it's just a short walk to Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, and the train station.

The room was well-maintained and quite clean, though the bed linens weren't perfect – I hope that can be improved for my next visit. I loved that the room was divided into two separate spaces, so the sleeping and washing areas didn't disturb each other. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the museum, and bus route 001 right outside gets you to all the attractions, saving on public transport costs. It's also really convenient for exploring areas around Madrid. The breakfast isn't luxurious but definitely meets basic needs. The decor is minimalist white. Highly recommend!
