Very good location. Near main station and bus stop in front of the hotel.

Despite booking a double room we were only given a single. If we absolutely wanted a double bed they would only give us a non terrace room. The hotel is clean, well maintained and well located. Check in and out was very slow. VERY slow

The hotel has great service! They will have welcome drinks when you get there, they also offered online help when you need any necessities in the room! Room is neat and tidy. Breakfast was great with great verities! We had nice stay here!

Everything is nice, perfect place to the train station, metro and bus are both convenient. Terrance are directly face to the park, great view.

The interior is a bit old, but it is clean. Some furniture should be replaced. Location is very good , overall is good.

The room quite small but i love the mattress..so comfort after a long day of explore the city..located near Atocha Station by walking distance..love their breakfast and easy to find halal food..just a few step

The location of the hotel is just wonderful! It’s close to the train station. And it just takes 10-15 min by car to major tourist spots. We have booked 5 rooms for our families. The rooms are clean. But the bed room is relatively small as compared to the size of the bathrooms. The staff are generally friendly. However, there are times when we can’t get the support we need. For example, some of our rooms don’t have bottled water and the staff asked us to pay to buy water. But for some other rooms, there are complimentary bottles of water.

decent room and decent stay. It is close to the train station but it gives you a walking distance of 15 minutes, which might be tough to walk if you have a luggage.

Great room, very new, nice location, great staff. We were upgraded to superior room which is much more bigger than standard one. 

Very convenient location a short walking distance to the Museo el Prado and the Madrid Atocha train station. There is a bar/restaurant in the main lobby and breakfast on the first floor-both good. Clean and quiet, this hotel has everything you need for a pleasant and convenient stay in Madrid.

The room feels uncomfortably narrow, making movement within it challenging. Additionally, the view of the street is marred by constant noise from police and emergency vehicles, which disrupts the atmosphere.

Opposite atocha train station but can take sometime to cross over because it’s located along major crossroads . Terrace faces retiro park but not much can be seen. Terrace room seems all located on 7th floor (highest is 8). The room is quite dusty (on the floor) though it looks clean on the whole. Amenities requested through a scan of QR code. Requested for a few items (as there are none not even a kettle!) and received a call that they already have slippers and dental kit in the room but will send anyway. But there was no slippers and dental kit in the room that’s why I request. Anyway, out of the things which I requested, they only sent over the above 2 and kettle. Some other items they did not sent to me even though I requested such as tea bag and amenity kit.

Right beside Atocha train station. There are good restaurants nearby. Very convenient to go to the museums, Puerta del sol or Retiro park.
