Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room is basic, but I wasn't planning on using it bar to sleep with such to do in Madrid! Safely stored my luggage after check out and helpful with recommendations.

The hotel was quite good, and in an excellent location, right next to Gran Vía. The staff were super friendly and stored my suitcase because my train wasn't leaving until the afternoon.
