Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá

The breakfast offers a great variety. The rooms are a bit dated. The elevators tend to be crowded during peak hours. The service is very good. Recommended if you're traveling from Chamartín.

The hotel is conveniently located near Madrid Chamartín Station, making it easy to get around by subway or taxi. However, there aren't many restaurants nearby, with most fast-food options being inside the station itself. The hotel is very quiet, and the breakfast spread is exceptionally generous. It's situated in Madrid's Chamartín district, about a 30-minute subway ride from central areas like Puerta del Sol. A hotel of comparable quality in the city center would cost at least one-third more. I stayed in a triple room. While not huge, it was perfectly adequate for the three of us. One of the three beds was a sofa bed, which was just right for a child. The hotel also provided a complimentary bottle of water per person. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience.

Excellent service, cleanliness, and location. The facilities could use significant improvement. In my opinion, there should be a large sign at the entrance stairs clearly indicating that guests with luggage can use the ramp on the side, where the elevators to reception are located. You need to press a button for the doors to open. Most people don't realize this and end up literally "out of breath"!

The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station.

The hotel facilities are simple, but its biggest advantage is its very close proximity to the station. Breakfast requires waiting in line.

The room was perfect. The only thing is the shower needs a shower tray. The buffet was perfect. And the pool was wonderful.

The hotel was okay, but the elevators were a bit confusing to navigate with luggage. On the 12th floor, I could hear a motor noise at night, which I assume was from the air conditioning. It was quite loud.

Conveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.
