was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel near the airport. The location is perfect for early flights or layovers, and the free shuttle service made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long travel day. Despite being so close to the airport, it was impressively quiet, and I slept without any noise interruptions.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the workers are hospitable, it’s neat and the location is just close to the airport 😊Looking forward to staying there again. It made my stay in Madrid awesome 🥂

Very bad service staff are very rude they kept me waiting in the queue for long. After the check in i came back to the receptionist at 00:35 and I wanted to order beer 🍺 she told me the bar has been closed. When I arrived there were people drinking beers at the reception area.

Thought hotel was further away from airport than expected but it was a very good facility.
Was disappointed I could not use the shuttle because of my flight time with Emirates - needed to be at airport earlier than shuttle could provide to allow for 3 hour pre flight booking requirements. As a result I had to pay €30 both ways which made it a lot more expensive.
That said - the hotel was very good and served its purpose.

The hotel was really nice, the bathroom is what I like more. However , the location is a bit far ( if you take public transportation) from the airport. Nice bed and really friendly staff.

Decent Hotel that is approximately 15-20 minutes from Madrid's main airport.
There are no local shops or restaurants and for this they exploit the opportunity by charging 3-4 times the normal retail price for drinks and snacks in the vending machine on the ground floor.
Restaurant left little to be desired on the menu.
To get to central Madrid, like areas such as Sol you will need to exit the hotel to reach the main road, cross over (don't forget this) and catch most of the available buses to the metro station and then continue your journey by metro for 7-8 stops. So a transport card is recommended for a few days travelling around.
Rooms are a little spacious and are clean but have no in-room safe leaving you to juggle your valuables and to secure them in your luggage.
Overall a decent stay at a "no-frills" hotel that is priced really well. Expect the price to go up once they add more amenities such as complimentary bottled water, a safe and a mini-bar.

Minimum service, room very dark, only one bottle of shower gel / shampoo and by the time I took the shower, it ran out, very difficult to squeeze. I have to use my own face wash as shower gel.

Hotel has an excellent location and modern decor
Rooms are clean and excellent maintenance
Our en-suite bathroom- shower cubicle was very small which meant getting in and out of the shower was very difficult
The breakfast @ 15 Euros/ person is expensive
