The experience of staying in a B&B in Madrid is really not good. The main problem is the service. I booked two nights, and the flight was more than ten hours. When I contacted directly, they said that because they did not book on the hotel platform, they could not provide the best price and service. I felt very offended. Thanks to the customer service staff of Ctrip’s overseas department, who actively communicated and coordinated throughout the process, and gave compensation. Although I still waited for several hours and checked in at the time they specified, Ctrip was okay. It is recommended that Ctrip change its overseas suppliers in Spain. Finally, based on my many stays, I do not recommend B&Bs in Madrid.

It is also a good location to walk to the center of Madrid and to arrive on foot for about 20 minutes even though it is the Sofia Museum. The hotel is located in an alley a little bit from the main street, but it doesn't feel dark because the night bars are lined up. If the hotel room faces the road, you can hear the voices of people enjoying meals and drinks outside. The room is clean and you will be ready as soon as you contact the front desk. I am satisfied with the cost and location.

The room is spacious and the location is very good. You can walk to shopping and attractions. The breakfast is average. The soundproofing of the room we stayed in was very poor. We could hear the neighbors talking and the loud noise when the water was used upstairs.

It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

Even though we checked in at midnight, the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic to receive us and help us with check-in. The room was very clean and the public area was quite large. The only problem was that the wash basin was outside and it was a push-type water outlet. If someone washed their hands in the middle of the night, the noise was quite loud.
