Excellent service and food,particularly in the restaurant and the front office. The laundry was done to high standards and delivered on time. We were well looked after,and no request was difficult to complete. Clean rooms and good staff. Great stay.Strongly recommended

Neat and clean room with a very good spread of breakfast. Service is very quick and reliable. The location is bit inside but a safe place to stay with family. The hotel has everything you need from Spa to bar. They have well trained staff to take care of guests. Parking is also available

Very courteous staff and the breakfast spread with so many south indian dishes, chinese, north indian dishes was just amazing. the rooms were clean and neat. The staff obliged for our request for providing extra pillows and towels. overall great experience.

The hotel is about 5 km from the Madurai railway station if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Only Uber auto and bike is available from the Railway station. But not reliable at all, after your booking is confirmed by Uber driver will call you and ask for more, (double) and only if you agree, they'll come. This is a patten in Madurai. I experienced this for all my Uber rides. Everything at the hotel was was excellent, the morning complimentary breakfast is outstanding with some local delicacies. Only issue (currently) some flyover construction currently going on outside the hotel, If you want to explore some shopping, there is a Sarvana store within 2 km of the hotel in case you want to check out for any sarees etc. Overall Good
