Overall hotel atmosphere was good, nice architecture and gardening, small waterfalls around resort. Rooms has fully amenities but the deductible about cleanliness was outdoor tub was dirt but acceptable because of the outdoors particle. First water from tap, shower had brown color with particles but acceptable because the resort located with nature then water might be from ground before purification. Breakfast was so fresh with veggies and fruits, great taste of coffee and assorted breakfast type we can choose. It's not Breakfast parlor it was set to order which was well preps. Overall was great.

This is a very interesting hotel. The bamboo nest is very cozy. I arrived in the evening with great curiosity and tried the outdoor bathtub. It started to rain halfway through the bath, which was super fun. The hotel, which opened in 2014, is very clean and the service is excellent! Highly recommended!

When I arrived at the accommodation, it was cancelled. The room I booked was full. The back-office system was very bad.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. Contacting them was prompt, and the shuttle arrived promptly. Breakfast was provided in a comfortable setting. Hot water was available regularly.
