Unfortunately, definitely not worth the high price. Especially due to the staff: not unfriendly, but distant. You barely notice their presence... The processes don't seem very professional. And the supposedly great breakfast was a disaster.
Additionally, the staff had absolutely NO English skills. Yes, you're in Thailand, but at this price point and with the hotel catering to foreign and/or affluent tourists (or those aspiring to be), this is an absolute no-go. Around 100 Euros per night would be a more appropriate price, but definitely not over 200 Euros. Alternatively, something like complimentary full board would be expected.
