⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service, Outstanding Hospitality & Wonderful Food** We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by **May** at the front desk. She immediately confirmed our reservation and arranged bell service to help with our luggage. Since there were only two of us with three pieces of luggage, and it was raining while we had to walk up the hill, her quick assistance made a huge difference. May also arranged our room promptly. When she found out that we were newlyweds on our honeymoon, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the housekeeping team to prepare a beautiful honeymoon setup in our suite. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our stay even more special at J-2. ❤️ Throughout our stay, May was incredibly professional, attentive, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, she assisted us with recommendations on places to visit around Mon Jam and even helped arrange a motorbike rental for us. We also really enjoyed the **food and dining experience** during our stay. The staff who delivered our **Moo Kata in the evening* ( additional fee: 500baht) were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. The service was warm and welcoming, and they made sure everything was delivered and set up nicely. We also enjoyed the **breakfast**, which offered a good variety of food. There were plenty of different options to try, and everything we tasted was delicious and enjoyable. It was a lovely way to start our mornings with a great mountain view.  Honestly, May is an **amazing asset to the hotel**. She seemed to be working almost like an operations manager, coordinating everything smoothly and making sure guests had a wonderful experience from arrival to departure. Her attention to detail, initiative, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. A **big shout-out to May** for her exceptional customer service and excellent hospitality, as well as to the entire team for their warm and polite service. Everyone we encountered contributed to making our stay comfortable and memorable. Our honeymoon stay was truly special, and we sincerely appreciate everything the hotel team did for us. ❤️ **Thank you, May, and the entire hotel team! The view is good. The breakfast is nice too. The staff is helpful.

Great location and great view. Room cleanliness was good. There was open air jacuzzi with a great view . A bit clod in night time.

My kids really like this. I need to tell you guys to wearing sneakers instead because they have an extremely experienced for kids. For who you like to draw I think will like it.

Beautiful view and beautiful room. Super hard to get there and to go out anywhere though since there’s no transportation services from the airport or to other nearby places on the mountain.

The view of this room is really nice. Bathtub 🛁 is so big. My kid likes the bathtub a lot. Breakfast was served in the room. The taste was really nice. Very authentic local food. The weather is cold at night. Should be 13c, I guess.. I have to turn off the air-conditioner at 10pm.
