"Everything was great, all the staff were lovely and provided service from the heart. However, I have a small suggestion for improvement regarding check-in. The 3 PM check-in time is already later than any other place I've stayed, but then I had to wait another 44 minutes, finally getting into my room at 3:44 PM. I felt a bit disappointed about this. My suggestion would be that if there's a delay, guests should be compensated in some way so they don't feel taken advantage of. Please consider this."

"The location is absolutely stunning and it’s amazing sitting there/having brekkie next to a waterfall. Amazing. However, the whole place generally is really run down and very basic. Peacocks roam freely which initially is a lovely surprise but they also crap everywhere! If they at least swept up and washed the deck down, the whole place would look a bit better. Once there, you really are a bit stuck as there is nothing around locally, so you are forced to pay their inflated charges for tours/taxis etc. or pay inflated prices at their spa. The food was just ok but the staff friendly. We stayed for two nights, but once would have been enough. We stayed in one of the elevated villas which had a lovely view from our veranda but there was a main road at the back of it which you could hear! It’s such a shame as this resort could be so much better but today, it’s very expensive for what it is."

"Enjoyed a mini escape into the lush garden river valley! We were assigned a cute little cabin with a deck which we enjoyed! A gorgeous pool wrapped by mountains, the sounds of nature all around. It feels like camping, only more comfortable! Lovely decor and beautifully maintained place. We enjoyed our breakfast with a view and am so thankful for the lovely hospitality we enjoyed from everyone on the property, so friendly!"

"The fuses in the bungalow kept tripping. At night, we had to turn off all the devices that consumed electricity so that only the air conditioner worked. In the morning, when we turned on the lights, the entire bungalow was completely de-energized, although the air conditioner had already been turned off in advance. There was some kind of smell coming from the bathroom in the bungalow. The drain in the sink was clogged, there was some kind of sewage in the toilet, it did not flush. In the kitchen: the salad with chicken and bacon was tasteless and looked unappetizing."
